O.k. From now on all the Love and Relationship tips will come from the heart. Which brings me to my next part:

Make sure everything you say and do come from the heart. I always seem to find myself texting or telling Jae a simple "I love you." Not to hear it back in return but because at that moment that is how I'm feeling. He sent me a text yesterday asking me why do I always tell him that? My response was that a lot of time I wonder if I should even tell him that I do. But it's how I feel and I don't see the problem in expressing that. I want to be with him forever. First of all he doesn't say it back and I think for him love is a serious matter and is not to be thrown around like any other word. This makes him all the more special to me because I know that the day he tells me he loves me or is in love will be the greatest moment because I'll know that its truly how he feels inside and that it is 100% real and not to be played with. Now let me clarify, I know he cares for me deeply based off our constant interractions and our the conversations we share. I believe he's just being cautious because his heart and future is on the line and I think that that is very smart and commendable.

So don't be afraid to love and do it whole heartedly. Express how you feel in a text, song, poem, or something as simple as a sweet kiss. Or better yet...just say it and don't be afraid to let it out!
